Krafton announces Round 3 of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024, featuring underdog and seasoned squads competing for a massive prize pool of INR 2 Crores.
Details Of BGIS 2024 Round 3
The third round of the BGIS 2024 will take place from May 16–May 19. 256 teams, including 16 from The Grind event (17th to 32nd ranked) and 240 from Round 2 will compete in Round 3. The teams will be split into 16 groups of 16 teams each. The top three teams from each group will move on to Round 4, with a total of 48 teams competing in 6 matches across all groups. Furthermore, the remaining teams’ overall standings will determine the top 16 teams, who will then be eligible for Wildcard Entry.

Points System
The team that secures the chicken dinner will receive 10 points instead of the previous 15 points in the BGIS 2024 event, thanks to a new point system. The finishes each team secures are given a great deal of weight under the new points system.
Points system for the BGIS 2024 Round 3:
- • 1st place: 10 points.
- • 2nd place: 6 points.
- • 3rd place: 5 points.
- • 4th place: 4 points.
- • 5th place: 3 points.
- • 6th place: 2 points.
- • 7th place: 1 point.
- • 8th place: 1 point.
- • 9th – 16th place: 0 points.
- • 1 Finish: 1 point.
Where can I watch Round 3 of BGIS 2024 The Grind?
The Krafton India Esports Youtube Channel will stream Round 3 of the BGIS 2024 main event from 16th May, with a few group matches each day.
Round 3 will feature a number of seasoned and underdog squads that participated in BGIS 2024 The Grind as well as Rounds 1 and 2 of the main event.
