Garena has reportedly shared information about a new character named Isabel that will likely be added to the upcoming OB44 update of Free Fire. According to the leak, Isabel will have an impactful active ability called ‘Electrotherapy’.
Isabel’s leaked Electrotherapy ability seems incredibly powerful. It may change the game’s meta and become a popular choice in Free Fire’s upcoming OB44 update. This is thanks to its unmatched healing and overheal capabilities. The ability appears to be highly effective and could significantly impact the battlefield.
Before we dive into the leaks, it’s important to note that all this information comes from the OB44 Advance Server. The developers may change the character’s name or attributes before releasing it globally.

Electrotherapy: Isabel’s Active Ability
Isabel’s Electrotherapy allows her to form a healing link with a teammate. The healing effects only work when Isabel and her teammate stay within 15 meters of each other. If they move farther apart, the healing connection will automatically break off.
While the healing bond is active, Isabel and her teammate will continuously receive 3 HP per second within the 15-meter radius. This constant healing can significantly improve their chances of survival during battles.
Overheal Effect Of Isabel
Additionally, if Isabel’s teammate’s health drops below 100, they will get an extra health boost. This will instantly restore 80 additional health on top of their maximum health. For example, if a teammate has 90 health and connects the Electrotherapy bond, their health will instantly increase to 170 (90 + 80 extra health boost).
The overheal effect has a limit of 80 HP. If Isabel tries to forcefully apply the overheal to a teammate who already has high HP, the overheal amount will be reduced by half, to 40 HP. For example, if a teammate has 150 HP and connects the bond, they will receive an additional 40 overheal HP, bringing their total HP up to 190.
Balance and Cooldown of Isabel
The Electrotherapy ability has a cooldown of 60 seconds to prevent overuse. Though powerful, the developers have balanced Isabel’s ability by requiring her and her teammate to stay close together and by adding a significant cooldown period.
