The second day of the Skyesports Champions Series 2024 Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Semi Finals is over, and veteran teams have come out on top. Seasoned teams like iQOO Soul, Entity Gaming, Team Tamilas, and Revenant Esports showcased their skill and dominance on the second day of the competition
Team Tamilas dominated the leaderboard with 96 points, earning three victories. Entity Gaming followed closely with 94 points and three victories. iQOO Soul came in third with 78 points and a single victory. Orangutan placed fourth with 66 points, while Enigma Gaming secured fifth place with 65 points and one victory.
From February 28th to March 3rd, the Skyesports Champions Series Semi Finals will host 24 teams over five days of competition. Of these teams, 6 received direct invitations, while the remaining 18 earned their spots through successful performances in the Quarter Finals.
Day 2 Match Summary for the Skye Sports Champions Series 2024 Semi Finals
Match 1 Erangel : In a game competition, Team Tamilas emerged victorious with 17 points. Team 8Bit rallied to second place, earning 11 points. OR Esports claimed third place with 10 points. WindGod Esports and Chemin Esports finished fourth and fifth respectively, both with 8 points. The MVP of the match was Rishabh “Encore” Katoch from Medal Esports, with 4 successful eliminations. Gods Reign unfortunately ended the game early without securing any points.
Match 2 Miramar: Enigma Gaming won the match on the Miramar map with a whopping 25 points. Dragon Esports followed in second place with 14 points. iQOO Soul came third with 12 points, 10 of which were earned from kills. Team Tamilas and Reckoning Esports both scored 10 points and placed fourth and fifth respectively. Reckoning Esports’ Ashutosh “Punk” Singh was named the MVP of the match after securing 5 kills.
Match 3 Sanhok: Team Tamilas triumphed again, earning 18 points and a second victory. MRIGL, their star player, led the team with an impressive 5 kills. Entity Gaming followed closely in second place with 14 points. Orangutan ranked third with 13 points, mostly from kills. Blind Esports and Godlike Esports secured fourth and fifth places with 10 and 7 points, respectively. WindGod Esports had an unfortunate start, being eliminated early with only one point.
Match 4 Erangel: Entity Gaming won the match with a total score of 19 points. Big Brother Esports came in second with 12 points, and their player Saif was named the MVP with 4 solo kills. Dragon Esports, Gods Reign, and Enigma Gaming tied for third place with 10 points each. Blind Esports was eliminated early and managed to secure only 1 point.
Match 5 Vikendi: In the thrilling battle, Dragon Esports triumphed with an impressive 21 points, securing a “chicken dinner.” Aerobotz Esports followed closely behind with 19 points, thanks to their aggressive tactics. Evil from Aerobotz Esports emerged as the MVP, boasting an exceptional 5 solo kills. Team Tamilas and Bot Army shared the third spot with 10 points each. Godlike Esports secured fifth place with 9 points, while OR Esports and Team 8Bit exited the competition early, unable to score.
Match 6 Miramar: In a recent esports match, Reckoning Esports triumphed with an impressive “chicken dinner” (a victory in battle royale games), accumulating 18 points. The team’s standout player, Mac, emerged as the MVP with 5 kills. Enigma Gaming followed closely in second place with 11 points. Big Brother Esports secured third with 10 points, while Gods Reign and Medal Esports both placed fourth and fifth with 8 points each. Unfortunately, Bot Army was eliminated without any points.
